Shipping Policy

We at Zaisha value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Trackon, DTDC, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email

• Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on cart value of ₹499 or above. Alternately, flat ₹50 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹499. This shipping fee is non refundable.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should contact us by email stating the ORDER No.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
